Finding your centre
Life is constantly knocking us off our kilter and more often than not we respond with reactivity and thus we suffer. According to the Buddhist philosophy, there is a path to inner peace. They call this Upekha. Finding a sense of equanimity in the midst of difficulty is the art of the peaceful warrior. During this workshop, open to all, we will learn new techniques for leaning into discomfort and finding our centre with equanimity.
